Los Angeles 2025 Volunteer Application

If you are interested in being a volunteer for the Romantasy BookCon LA event, please fill out the following. The event dates are Thursday, Feb 20- Saturday, Feb. 22nd, 2025. You must be available to volunteer for at least one three-hour block on Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday AND attend a mandatory online training meeting Wednesday evening before the event. As a volunteer, you will receive a volunteer crew t-shirt, have access to the Realm of Romantasy (Friday night), and have day convention access on the same day that you volunteer Friday and/or Saturday. Note that if you volunteer on Thursday, you will be given a Friday or Saturday day pass.

You will also have the unique opportunity to purchase a single ball-only ticket for Saturday’s Midnight Masquerade for $150.
