CAN I BRING COSPLAY WEAPONRY

ORLANDO: Unfortunately, do be in compliance with Disney rules (the hotel is on Disney property), any kind of weaponry is NOT allowed. We apologize for this inconvenience.

LOS ANGELES: Yes, cosplay weaponry IS allowed. We ask that your not bring overly large weapons (i.e., larger than a person) to be respectful of space. All cosplay weaponry will be checked and temporarily marked daily by our security team.

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?

To ensure an optimal experience, we have limited the sale of tickets to a maximum of FOUR per transaction. Thank you for your understanding and support!

WILL THERE BE ANY REFUNDS?

All sales are considered final, and no refunds will be issued. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and therefore, we will have a resale thread on our Discord group.

Will there be water available at the convention?

Yes! We will have water stations available throughout the convention spaces.

Is there security on-site?

Yes! We have 24/7 security at our events.

What type of book carts do you allow?

Please see below for a sampling of carts. We do not allow wagons, suitcases, or any cart that needs to be laid down to open.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE BALL?

We invite you to dress in any attire that expresses your love and enchantment with all things Romantasy. You are free to be as imaginative as you’d like; whether that be in a ball gown, cosplay as your favorite character, or an elegant pantsuit- we just want you to have a wonderful time immersing yourself in the world of your favorite books.
