*High Ladies/Lords will be guaranteed three signing slots for ticketed authors. Please note that the authors are not guaranteed and subject to change. Select signing slots will be open to High Ladies/Lords prior to other tiers. We will monitor signups to ensure that each High Lady/Lord has received no more than three slots prior to lower tier access. Following High Fae access, High Ladies/Lords will have access to additional signing slots based on availability. Please note that if a ticketed author needs to cancel, this will void that ticketed signing slot and another slot is not guaranteed based on availability.
**High Fae will be guaranteed two signing slots for a ticketed author. Please note that the authors are not guaranteed and subject to change. For all attendees: Our convention offers so many exciting opportunities to meet authors you know and new favorite authors that you didn’t know you needed until now! With the number of attending authors, your ticket is not a guarantee of meeting every author in attendance. While the majority of authors are located at dedicated booths throughout the convention (requiring no additional registration), we do have select authors that will have designated signing times. These authors will require prior (free) registration on our app. There will be limited slots available and a ticket is not a guarantee of a registered signing slot.

Tickets and Pre-Event
Our event is meant to be inclusive and ensure that everyon can come together in this community. If you have specific ADA needs, please fill out the form in the link below.
We will have a dedicated ADA coordinator onsite to help answer questions and help navigate the convention.
We do offer a free ADA companion pass, if needed. Please contact fabledfantasyevents@gmail.com to request one.
Yes, unless otherwise stated, our conventions have a 18+ restriction for the Fae (day) ticket holders. All High Fae and High Lady/Lord ticket holders must be 21+. All Romantasy Retreat attendees must be 21+. There are no exceptions.
You can purchase bulk tickets, but prior to the convention or retreat, each individual needs to have their own ticket/pass. Updates can be made directly in Eventbrite. If assistance is needed by the event coordinators, this request must be made no later than two weeks prior to the event.
All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred and/or sold. We recommend using our Discord channels to view potential tickets for sell and confirm validity. Tickets can be changed on Eventbrite by the original ticket holder. Transfer requests can also be sent fabledfantasyevents@gmail.com with the original order number and name with the new buyer’s name/email/age. All transfer requests must be submitted two weeks prior to the event.

At The Event
Yes! Please bring books, bookplates, or other materials to be signed by authors, narrators, etc. Books will also be available for sale at our dedicated bookstore and at individual author booths.
We have so many incredible authors and creators that come to our conventions. And like other large fan-based experiences, it may not be possible to meet every exhibitor based on time and other experiences available throughout the event. Our ticketed authors have select availability during the conventions, and these slots are opened to attendees based on tier and are not guaranteed for all attendees. Our attending authors will be located at their booths for the entirety of the convention portion (unless otherwise stated) and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Yes! Please feel free to bring trinkets to share and trade with other attendees!
We do not have a specific dress code. Our events are designed to let you by you! Prior to each event we will post on social media about our specific evening themes, but our attendees are welcome to come in a bookish tee and jeans, cosplay, or a full ballgown – whatever makes you feel empowered. As a general rule, our days are a bit more casual while our evening events lean more towards dress up and/or cosplay.
Yes! Standard rolling book carts and similar top-loading carts are always allowed. Please avoid suitcases, wagons, and similar vehicles.
For ticketed authors there is a strict three items (books, art, etc.) rule. If you have more than three items in line, you will be asked to reduce your pile. If you are visiting an attending author at their booth, please be respectful of others in line. If there is a long line, please limit to three items at a time and come back later for additional signings. Please note that attending authors reserve the right to set a limit to their signings, if needed.
